Zoom Notice for Meetings

HIDDEN LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION  

Zoom Information Regarding Upcoming Membership Meeting  

The upcoming Meeting will be conducted via Zoom teleconference. 

The  following information regarding the use of Zoom is being provided pursuant to newly enacted Civil Code section 5450.  

How to join a Zoom meeting on a web browser: 

      1. Open your browser. 

2. Go to join.zoom.us. 

3. Click on Join a Meeting 

4. Enter the Meeting ID: 998 120 4718 and the Passcode: 1501. Click Join. If this is your first time joining, you may be asked to open the Zoom client to join the meeting. 

Alternatively, you may enter the following URL directly in your browser, and when  prompted enter the Meeting ID and Passcode provided in Number 4 above:

How to join a Zoom meeting via telephone: 

1. Dial 1 (408) 638-0968. 

2. Enter the Meeting ID 998 120 4718 , followed by #. 

3. You will be prompted to enter a participant ID or #. Just enter #. 4. Enter the Passcode: 1501 followed by #.

Pursuant to Civil Code section 4045(b), homeowners may request to receive general  notices by individual delivery. Such requests shall be made in writing and directed to  the management company.
